LA UNIVERSIDAD DE MÁLAGA Y KOREA LITERATURE TRANSLATION INSTITUTE ORGANIZAN EL KLTI SPAIN FORUM

(MÁLAGA, 18-19 DE MAYO DE 2011)

EuskadiAsia / El Korean Literature Translation Institute (KLTI) organiza cada año desde el 2009 varios foros anuales en las principales capitales culturales del mundo con el objetivo de difundir la literatura coreana. De este modo, el KLTI en colaboración con la Universidad de Málaga se congratula de organizar el KLTI Spain Forum que será celebrado el 18-19 de mayo de 2011 en la ciudad de Málaga. El título de estas jornadas será “El Coreano y su literatura en Español.” Bajo este epígrafe se quiere profundizar sobre la problemática de la traducción y publicación de la literatura coreana en lengua española.
Se invita a la comunidad de investigadores el envío de propuestas de comunicaciones dentro del epígrafe del fórum presentando una propuesta de una página (máx.) y un curriculum a uma.asia@gmail.comSe aceptarán propuestas hasta el 17 de abril inclusive. Los participantes serán compensados por desplazamiento y alojamiento hasta un máximo de 200 €.

Presentación de dos autores coreanos, Haïlji and Kim ae-ran, y su obra, seguido de la lectura de fragmentos de su obra y un diálogo con autores españoles.

EuskadiAsia / The Korean Literature Translation Institute (KLTI) organise every year since 2009 several annual forums at the main cultural capitals of the world with the aim of promoting Korean literature worldwide. Thus, the KLTI in collaboration with the University of Malaga proudly announce the 2011 KLTI – Spain Forum on May 18th - 19th at Malaga. The title and motive of this forum will be “Korean and its literature in Spanish.” Under such title the forum aims to touch upon the situation and challenges of translating and publishing Korean literature into Spanish.
Consequently, the forum invites to the academic community to submit proposals for communications under the topic of the forum, presenting a one-page proposal (max.) and a CV to uma.asia@gmail.com. The deadline for submissions will be April 17. Participants will be provided with airfare and accommodation up to 200 €.
