La Red Navarra de Estudios Chinos ha presentado el 31 de Enero en la Universidad Pública de Navarra su programa de actividades para 2008, la organización de unas jornadas de divulgación y la celebración de un Congreso Internacional en torno a la figura de Martín de Rada, considerado como el primer sinólogo de Occidente.
En primer lugar, la Red celebrará este año las III Jornadas del Mundo Chino (1-10 Octubre) centradas, fundamentalmente, en la conmemoración del 30 aniversario del inicio de la política de reformas emprendida por Deng Xiaoping.
En segundo lugar, la Red Navarra de Estudios Chinos ha programado para el último trimestre de 2008 un Congreso Internacional en torno a la figura del pamplonés Martín de Rada con motivo de la celebración del 475 aniversario de su nacimiento. Este congreso será el primero celebrado en todo el Estado donde se debatirá sobre el futuro de la Alianza Estratégica firmada en 2005 entre España y la República Popular China.
Con esta programación, la Red Navarra de estudios Chinos persigue el reforzamiento del papel de la Universidad Pública de Navarra en el ámbito de la investigación y la formación reglada, así como centro favorecedor de la movilidad entre Navarra y China. Por ello, se profundizará en las relaciones entre la Universidad Pública de Navarra y las Universidades de Liaocheng (en el continente), y de Wenzao, (Taiwan), y se fomentará la enseñanza de chino en el Centro Superior de Idiomas.
Otro de los propósitos fundamentales del 2008 consistirá en la incorporación de las Administraciones Públicas (Gobierno de Navarra y Ayuntamiento de Pamplona) a la Red Navarra de Estudios Chinos. Asimismo, la Red tiene previsto impulsar una serie de iniciativas con el objeto de apoyar la internacionalización del empresariado navarro en el mercado chino. Para ello, además de organizar una jornada bajo el título "Empresarios en China: la experiencia de los pioneros" (meses de abril o mayo), se prevé la creación del Observatorio Estratégico sobre China, de entre cuyas funciones destaca el suministro de información e informes periódicos en torno a la evolución del país a las instituciones y a las empresas.

Txinako Ikasketako Nafar Sareak Urtarrilaren 31a Nafarroako Unibertsitate Publikoan bere 2008rako aktibitate egitaraua, dibulgazio-jardunaldien antolaketa eta Martin de Radari buruzko Nazioarteko Kongresua aurkeztu ditu.

Alde batetik, Sareak urte honetan III Txinatar Munduko Jardunaldiak (Urriak 1-10) ospatuko ditu, Deng Xiaopingek hasitako politika-eraldaketako 30. Urteurrena konmemorazioan oinarrituta.
Bestetik, Txinako Ikasketako Nafar Sareak asken hiruhilekorako Martin de Radaren inguruko Nazioarteko Kongresua egitarautu du bere jaiotzaren 475 urteurrena dela eta. Kongresu hau 2005a Espaniar Estatuaren eta Txinako Errepublika Popularren arteko itun estrategikoaren etorkizunari buruz eztabaidatuko deneko lehenengoa izango da.
Egitarau honekin, Txinako Ikasketako Nafar Sareak ikerkuntza arloan eta araututako heziketan Nafarroako Unibertsitate Publikoaren betebeharra indartzea bilatzen du. Beraz, Nafarroako Unibertsitate Publikoaren eta Liaocheng Unibertzitatearen (kontinentean) eta Wenzao Unibertsitatearen (Taiwanen) arteko erlazioetan sakonduko da eta, horrez gain, hizkuntza-zentro nagusian txineraren irakaskuntza sustatuko da.
Beste 2008ko helburu garrantzitsua herri administrazioen eranspena (Nafarroako Gobernua eta Iruñeko Udala) Txinako Ikasketako Nafar Sarean izango da. Halaber, Sareak ekimen desberdinak sustatuko ditu nafar enpresak txinatar merkatuan nazioartekotzeko helburuarekin. Horretarako, “Enpresariak Txinan: aitzindarien esperientzia” lelopean jardunaldia antolatzeaz gain (apirilean edo maiatzan), Txinari buruzko behatoki estrategikoa antolatuko da erakundeei eta enpresei informazioa eta txostenak emateko.

The Navarre Network of Chinese Studies has presented on January 31 in the Public University of Navarre his program of activities for 2008, the organization of a conference of Cultural Diffusion and the celebration of an International Congress concerning the figure of Martín de Rada, considered as the first sinologist of Occident.
First of all, the Network will celebrate this year the III Conference of the Chinese World (1-10 October) based, fundamentally, on the commemoration of 30 anniversary of the beginning of the politics of reforms tackled by Deng Xiaoping.
Secondly, the Network Navarre of Chinese Studies has programmed for the last trimester of 2008 an International Congress concerning the figure of Martín de Rada of Pamplona owing to the celebration of 475 anniversary of his birth. This congress will be the first one celebrated in the whole State where it will be debated on the future of the Strategic Alliance signed in 2005 between Spain and the Popular Republic China.
With this programming, the Network Navarre of Chinese studies seeks the reinforcement of the role of the Public University of Navarre in the field of the investigation and the ruled formation, as well as a center in favour of the mobility between Navarre and China. For that reason, it will study in depth the relations between the Public University of Navarre and the Universities of Liaocheng (in the continent), and of Wenzao, (Taiwan), and the Chinese's teaching will be encouraged in the Top Center of Languages.
Other of the fundamental goals of 2008 will consist of the incorporation of the Public administrations (Government of Navarre and Town hall of Pamplona) to the Navarre Network of Chinese Studies. Also, the Network will impel a series of initiatives in order to support the internationalization of the Navarrese business world on the Chinese market. For it, in addition to organizing a conference under the title " Businessmen in China: the experience of the pioneers " (April or May), it expects the creation of the Strategic Observatory on China, of between whose functions It´s worth mentioning the supply of information and of periodic reports concerning the evolution of the country to the institutions and to the companies.
